Beginning Special Effects Makeup

This beginning level class is recommended for students who want to learn to apply foundational makeup techniques to achieve exciting and innovative special effect designs in various popular genres. Students get first-hand experience with the following types of makeup: basic stage,  zombies, character, animals, fantasy, old age, and scary clown. Participants are encouraged to design and execute original effects based on their interests and skill levels. Families and friends will be invited to a culminating event project to celebrate the student’s work and learning.
